Presentation Length
Each paper presentation should last between 12 and 15 minutes. We encourage all presenters to plan their talk carefully to make the most of their time while staying within this limit.
Presenting Authors
The time limit applies equally to single-authored and multi-authored papers.
If your paper has several authors, the presentation can be delivered by one or, at most, two presenters. In that case, please coordinate in advance to ensure your joint presentation fits comfortably within the allotted time.
Keeping to Schedule
Staying on time helps the conference run smoothly—especially in parallel sessions—and ensures that everyone has a fair opportunity to share their work. We kindly ask all presenters to respect the schedule and help the session chairs manage time effectively.
Discussion and Q&A
Each panel includes a Q&A period after the presentations. By keeping your talk within the 12–15 minute window, you’ll help ensure there’s enough time for engaging questions and discussion with your audience.
