CONFERENCE FEES

All participants are invited to pay the symposium registration fee. For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee. Delegates can choose any of the options given below to participate at the Conference. 

Early Registration Deadline: 

• Authors (Students): 100 €
• Authors (Regular): 150 € 
• Participant (Regular): 120 € 
• Participant (Student): 90 €

Later Registration:  after September 8, 2025

• Authors (Students): 120 €
• Authors (Regular): 200 €
• Participant (Regular): 150 € 
• Participant (Student): 120 €

Registration fee Includes

• Access to Poster, Exhibition, ...
• Access to Virtual Sessions
• Certificate of Participation
• Opportunity to publish article in Conference Proceedings (with ISBN) for authors
